Shipping policy

MayorGoldieWilson.com is operated by Doc's Time Machines and That’s My Collectible LLC, a Manning Entertainment LLP company. Products sold on this site may be fulfilled by That’s My Collectible LLC or by a merchandise partner such as BacktotheFuture.com.

Processing times. In-stock items fulfilled by That’s My Collectible LLC ordinarily ship within 2 business days after payment. Products fulfilled by a merchandise partner follow the processing time shown on their product page. Signed-to-order, personalized, and preorder items have their own stated timeframes. Business days exclude weekends and U.S. holidays. Carrier transit estimates begin after shipment.

Separate packages. Items in one order may ship from different locations and arrive on different days. You may receive more than one tracking number or shipping notification. Shipping methods, destinations, and charges available for your order are displayed at checkout.

Personalized and signed-to-order items. These depend on the performer’s availability. Please rely on the timeframe on the individual product page, and contact us before ordering for a specific occasion. If we cannot ship within the stated timeframe, we will notify you of the delay and offer the choices required by applicable law, including cancellation and a refund.

International orders. If international shipping is offered at checkout, the recipient may be responsible for import duties, taxes, or customs charges not collected at checkout. Customs processing may delay delivery.

Address corrections. Contact us immediately if your shipping address is wrong. We will try to correct an order before shipment, but an address change may not be possible once a fulfillment partner or carrier has received it.

Missing, damaged, or incorrect deliveries. Contact hello@thatsmycollectible.com with your order number and, when relevant, photos of the item and packaging. We will coordinate with the fulfillment partner and work with you on an appropriate correction, replacement, or refund. Please retain the packaging while we review a damage claim.
